Hotels

 

• Hotel Villa Mercede

An agreement has been reached with the Villa Mercede hotel situated in the vicinity of the LNF-INFN Institute where the Conference will be held, for 45 rooms in the period 27 July – 1 August 2015 (this period can be modified according to the specific needs).  The LNF-INFN can be reached from this hotel either walking (15-20 minutes of walk) or by using the hotel shuttle, which can be organized free of charge.The hotel web-site is: http://www.villamercede.com/en/index.html (please click twice).

Only 45 rooms were pre-booked for ARA 2015 congress participants at the discount price. The breakfast is included in this price. In order to do the booking, you have to go to the hotel-web page, follow the booking procedure and insert in the field of Promo Code: ara2015. The rooms are pre-booked until May 29, with the principle: first arrived – first served. So please do the booking as soon as possible!
