Registration information

Payment Registration Information:

  • Registration payments can be made in US Dollars by check or PayPal or in RON at Banca Comerciala Romana.

  • Registration covers access to all Congress sessions, 2 lunches (Monday and Tuesday) and coffee breaks, badges and Conference program folder, and the Article Publication Cost (APC) in ARA Journal.

  • Registration fee does not cover: travels, accommodation, bank fees, insurance etc. Each participant is responsible for carrying adequate health insurance coverage.

  • We offer discounts for PhD Students and special situations that require ARA BoD prior approval. 

  • The articles accepted for publication will receive a DOI# and will be published online and in print in extenso in ARA Journals.

  • Registration for accompany person is available.

  • Start your registration by filling in the Pre_registration Form (click to download) and send it as a Word Document along with the proof of payment to todoroi@ase.md

 REGISTRATION COSTS 

 

Full registration fee:

  • Member registration is 125.00 Euro 

  • Nonmember registration is 150 Euro 

  • Representatives of the host, sponsors and Invited Speakers are accepted with taxes similar to ARA members.

  • Keynote Speakers do not pay registration fee. 

Special discount registration fee for ARA Senior Members (retired)

  • Standard price of 75.00 Euro 

PhD Student registration: Must be full-time PhD student of one of the ARA members, and a copy of your current student I.D. must be submitted with your registration form. Registration includes one day registration, i.e. the day of Poster Session presentation. It DOES NOT INCLUDE TICKETED EVENTS. Registration includes coffee breaks, Congress Sessions of the day, Conference Program. 

  • Standard price of 60 Euro

Payment on site is accepted only if it is announced in advance and accepted by the organizers. Online registration ends on May 30, 2024.

Registration for accompany person:

  • Full conference participation: 100 Euro 

Tuesday Banquet & Awards Event, June 4, 202480 Euro

Refund Information

Cancellation and Refunds: Written requests for refund of registration fees must be received by May 10, 2024 to receive a refund less $25 for administrative charges. Refunds may take 2 - 3 weeks from the date of the event for processing. No refunds will be awarded after May 18, 2024. Please e-mail refund requests to info@americanromanianacademy.org
