 REGISTRATION RATES 

At least one author must register in order to confirm any accepted papers. If multiple authors will be attending, each author must register separately. All conference attendees must complete registration and make the registration fee payment.

If you are already an ARA member, choose the discounted membership rate below. Otherwise, choose the “non-member” rate.

• NOTE: Early registration deadline is 11:59 PM EST on the date listed above.  All rates are in US dollars.

• Registration payments can be made in US Dollars by check or PayPal or in RON at Banca Comerciala Romana.

• Students must provide Student ID or other proof of full-time student status at the time of Registration to receive the student rate. 

• Your Congress registration includes:

  • Lunch included on Monday and Tuesday

• Registration fee does not cover: travels, accommodation, bank fees, insurance etc. Each participant is responsible for carrying adequate health insurance coverage.

​Payments online or by bank transfer should include the related fees associated with the online payment or transfer. Payments by PayPal can be made in any currency by sending them to info@AmericanRomanianAcademy.org.

Cancelation/Refund Information

Requests for refunds of registration fees will only be considered if a written request is sent postmarked before April 7, 2025.  No refunds can be issued for requests made after this date. Refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee; there are no refunds for non-attendance.
