 REGISTRATION RATES 

At least one author must register in order to confirm any accepted papers. If multiple authors will be attending, each author must register separately. All conference attendees must complete registration and make the registration fee payment.

If you are already an ARA member, choose the discounted membership rate below. Otherwise, choose the “non-member” rate.

• NOTE: Early registration deadline is 11:59 PM EST on the date listed above.  All rates are in US dollars.

• Discount is available for groups with a minimum of five attendees.

• Students must provide Student ID or other proof of full-time student status at the Registration Desk. 

• Your Congress registration includes:

  • access to all Congress sessions

  • Lunch included on Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Refreshment break on Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Badges and Conference program folder

  • Keynote Speakers

  • Poster session

  • Access to Book of Abstracts via the ARA website

• Registration fee does not cover: travels, accommodation, bank fees, insurance etc. Each participant is responsible for carrying adequate health insurance coverage.

Cancelation/Refund Information

Requests for refunds of registration fees will only be considered if a written request is sent postmarked before June 7, 2026.  No refunds can be issued for requests made after this date. Refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee; there are no refunds for non-attendance.
